Grapefruit Mescaline

Ingredients:

45 ml Mezcal 180 Pineapple Espadín

45ml grapefruit juice

20 ml lemon juice

10 ml agave syrup

1 macerated strawberry with salt crust (decorative)

2 branches of rosemary (1 to decorate)

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Take an old fashioned glass and create a line with a lemon on the outside of the glass, frost it with sea salt and/or worm salt.

Serve, take a sprig of rosemary and tap it on the back of your hand to release the smell and decorate the glass with it.
